Keith Elkin (48) Managing Director

No stranger to the computer software industry, Keith jointed HMT in November 2003, having previously worked at Macro 4 PLC as Northern European General Manager. Keith moved into this role through the acquisition of Image System Integrators (ISI) by Macro 4 PLC in June 2000, where he was the Managing Director. ISI developed its international business over 10 years and was considered a leading player in document management. More recently Keith has taken a supporting interest in Business Intelligence specialists Oceans Blue Limited. Outside of work Keith’s interests include skiing, sailing, and motor racing.

Greg Bull (38) Director of Technology

Previously Technical Director of Image System Integrators Ltd and Head of Professional Services for Macro4 PLC, Greg has almost 20 years experience within the IT industry, focused primarily on the design and delivery of leading edge solutions and in research and development. Greg was appointed to the position of Technical Director of HMT Systems in June 2006, with remit over HMT’s Development, Quality Assurance and Customer Services departments. Greg's interests include chaos theory, playing his new Fender Telecaster electric guitar and cookery.

Paul Cliff (57) Director of Professional Services

Paul has 30 years experience in the Health Market, 15 years of which were as a Management Consultant undertaking organisational, operational and policy reviews at all levels of the NHS. Moving into IT in 1990 Paul has now over 10 years of senior management level experience encompassing the development and delivery of both Hospital and Community IT based Healthcare applications.

Phil Johnston (44) Director of Sales

Phil has over 15 years experience of business development in the software industry at a UK and international level. Formerly Business Development Manager at Macro4 PLC and Director of Image Systems Integrators Ltd, a market leading document management systems supplier. Also a Director of Information Inventor Ltd, developer of a specialized analytical tool, Phil has extensive experience of working in close partnership with large organisations to deliver successful IT based solutions.

Paul Chapman (54) Director

Paul has extensive management experience of building computer software businesses and developing innovative software and service solutions. Paul is also a director of Capsicum Software Limited, a supplier of Practice Information Management systems, and a former non-executive director of Alterian plc., a market leader in analytical software. Paul was previously Commercial & Marketing Director, and a founder of GB Group plc. where he pioneered the most comprehensive UK consumer reference database, the National Register.
