Customer Snapshot: Gloucestershire Single Health community-wide NCRS Training Records System

The Avon, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire StHA have turned to the RosterPro R-Train module as the solution for the county to record and report on the IT training details for staff across the Gloucestershire Health Community (3 PCT’s, 1 Acute Trust, 1 Partnership Trust, 1 Ambulance Trust).

The driver for this project was the new CfH clinical systems scheduled to replace the current PAS/clinical systems. In preparation for the implementation of these new systems each Trust needed to undertake a detailed IT skills assessment of individual staff prior to the planning, scheduling and recording of appropriate CfH system training.Trainers and managers will be able to access and report across a common system and confirm which skills are available amongst staff, and which training has been undertaken together with any expiry and renewal dates.
