Time and Attendance Plus

The RosterPro R-Link module has been developed to automate the process of capturing hours worked.

Only variances such as sickness and absence need to be entered into RosterPro to produce “actuals” that can then be transferred to the payroll system either electronically or via timesheets. In either case, both methods incorporate local payment rules agreed with your payroll department.

Once you have an electronic roster 95% of the effort involved in manual time and attendance data capture is already done for you. Most of the time consuming work just disappears:

- Filling in and checking time sheets
- Completing sickness and absence forms
- Calculating payment rules
- Keying data into payroll and sickness systems
- Producing reports
