Customer Snapshot: South Warwickshire PCT

The contract to supply a Bank & Agency Management system at South Warwickshire PCT was recently awarded to HMT in a competitive tendering exercise.

RosterPro’s feature-rich Bank solution combined with the future requirement to integrate both Bank and self-rostering functions proved attractive to the Trust - no other supplier was able to provide a fully integrated solution and provide future links to the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system.

The contract is initially to implement the Bank & Agency module to provide an effective approach to the management of temporary staff and enable senior management to improve controls in this area. Self-rostering will be implemented after the Bank system goes live and finally RosterPro’s ESR interface, called R-Link, will be installed when the Trust goes live as part of the national ESR roll-out programme.
