RosterPro intelligently delivers financial savings for Trusts with KPI dashboarding

With the release of RosterPro 8.7, cost visibility and control is easier than ever.

The result of an integral design philosophy, many new components of RosterPro are geared towards saving our customers money. Most obviously, this is achieved by the collection and analysis of temporary staffing and other staff costs.

However, RosterPro does more than just report the facts and help enforce policy. Timely analysis reports go one step further, helping trusts to identify where to tune staffing skills and levels to create more efficient rosters.

  • Out on the wards during roster planning, Matrons and nurses are guided by the system to ensure the most informed decisions on local resources, including redeployment of any staff surplus to fill shortages in nearby wards. In order to complete the most efficient roster, planned costs are presented against location cost budgets, including a tailorable headroom allowance to reflect local vacancy and long term sickness levels.


  • Our innovative Matron’s Dashboard provides a control centre for management to supervise a number of wards, highlighting any over budget spend on planned, actual and target costs.
