R-Roster staff portal - The most advanced self-service
interface (R-Roster) for staff to notify their availability to
work in the staff pool or bank, as well as to enter requests for
shifts and planned absence in their permanent role from home or
via the Trust Intranet, or at home.
R-Manage - Roster planning module - The most advanced
automatic roster production module on the market, that improves
shift fill
rates by typically 1 WTE per ward. It releases senior ward staff

by interfacing directly with ESR.
ESR inbound interface -
Time and attendance information including sickness and absence
can be transferred directly from RosterPro to ESR via the ESR inbound
interface. As part of this process RosterPro automatically calculates
any supplementary pay and also handles overtime and temporary staffing
pay data.

ESR outbound interface -
Staff demographics and new starter data can be transferred from
